Moulin de Gassac's Guilhem White is a blend of 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, and 30% Terret Blanc. On the nose there are notes of acacia and pear, with a hint of wildflower. On the palate citrus shines with notes of Meyer lemon and grapefruit zest, pear, and hints of dill. This wine is midweight with assertive acidity, making it bone dry. Pair with light salads, seafood, and egg dishes.
